  They have one job: make lunch to the customer's order. Stacy S took my very simple off-the-menu order incorrectly. Ivas then proceeded to argue with me about my order until I calmly but firmly said "you don't need to talk to me like that. Ask Stacy to repeat my order to you." He did, heard it was wrong, refunded my order, rewrang my order, proceeded to refill it incorrectly, I told him, and I finally got my food. Spent 20 standing around while this clownery was going on. If I was waiting for an apology, I'd still be there.

  I miss the 70s when going to Long John Silver's was something exciting. Still this place isn't horrible. First, I must say that I never go through the drive-thru. I always either eat here or wait inside and get it to go. The service can be iffy at times. They had a guy named Patrick working there who was smart and on the ball, but suddenly he disappeared. I guess when you have a smart employee who understands the importance of customer service it's hard to keep them in a fast food restaurant. Anyway, the food quality is good. I've never had to squeeze grease out of the fish, and the cole slaw is great. The employees just need more training in refilling and cleaning items in the dining room. Also, sometimes they look like they just woke up behind the counter and have no idea where they are or how they got there. Basically: Food=good, Service=meh.
  UPDATE 3/9/17 When they have special deals it would be nice if they let all employees (especially management) know about them.
